Official Rules and Regulations

This contest is an online contest brought to you by H.J. Heinz Company of Canada LP (“Contest Sponsor”).

HOW TO ENTER - Draw and Notification:
1.	Contest starts at 12:01 AM ET on Thursday, April 7, 2011 and continues until 11:59:59 PM ET on Sunday, April 24, 2011 (the "Contest Closing Date"). NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
	(a)	To enter, visit www.dianasauce.ca/gourmetcircle_bbq.htm , complete all sign-up form information and click “submit” (the “Entry”). Only one (1) Entry per household and/or email address is permitted. The Entry requires the entrant to be subscribed to “Diana’s Gourmet Circle” at the time of contest close.
	(b)	One random draw for the prize will be made at 2:00 PM ET at 3045 Southcreek Road, Mississauga, Ontario on Tuesday April 26, 2011, from all eligible entries received by 11:59:59 PM on the Contest Closing Date. The selected entrant will be contacted by e-mail as set out on the entry form. No communications will be entered into except with selected entrants.
	(c)	If the selected entrant cannot be reached within ten (10) business days following the draw, incorrectly answers the mathematical skill-testing question administered, declines the prize, fails to return a declaration of compliance and as specified below, or otherwise does not comply with these contest rules, he/she will be disqualified, will not win any prize and another entrant may be selected.
PRIZE
2.	(a)	There is one (1) prize available to be won, consisting of a Broil King Sovereign 70 Liquid Propane BBQ. (approximate retail value $799 CDN)
	(b)	Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged. Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize. Prize will be delivered.
3.	To be declared the winner, the selected potential entrant must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question and may be required to sign and return, within a stipulated period of time, a Declaration of Compliance with the Contest Rules and a full Liability and Publicity Release form. Contest judges' rulings are final and binding without appeal on all entrants in all matters related to the promotion and the awarding of the prize.
ELIGIBILITY
4.	This contest is open to residents of Canada who are over the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, excluding employees, representatives, dealers and agents of Contest Sponsor, its parent and affiliated companies, contest suppliers, judges, and persons domiciled with any of the above. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
5.	Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received at the time of contest close. All Entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by the Contest Sponsor. Contest Sponsor takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed Entries, or for typographical or other production errors. Contest Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this contest. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor and will not be returned.
GENERAL RULES
6.	Contest Sponsor is collecting personal data about entrants for the purpose of administering this contest. No further informational or marketing communications will be received by entrants unless entrants provide Contest Sponsor with explicit permission to do so. Please see Contest Sponsor's Privacy Policy at www.dianasauce.com for information on its policy towards maintaining the privacy and security of user information.
7.	By entering this contest, entrants release and hold harmless the Contest Sponsor, their advertising and promotional agencies, the contest judges, its and their affiliates and respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with this contest or, if declared the winner, the prize. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of his/her name, place of residence, voice, statements, photographs or other likenesses for publicity, advertising or informational purposes in any medium or format without further compensation or notice.
8.	Subject to the jurisdiction in Quebec of the Quebec Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, Contest Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice. Entrants must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules by participating in the contest. The terms of this contest, as set out in these rules, are not subject to amendment or counter-offer, except as set out herein.
9.	(a)	Contest Sponsor assumes no responsibility for failure of the internet or the website during the contest, for any human or technical problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrants or any other persons computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion or related to or resulting from participation in the contest.  Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Contest Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Proof of sending an entry is not proof of receipt.
	(b)	If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address is considered the authorized account holder. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account that may be identified by reverse domain name search. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this contest will be the contest server machine(s).
10.	QUÉBEC RESIDENTS ONLY: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
11.	Winner’s List: For the name of the prize winner, send a request along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope bearing sufficient postage to: Join Diana’s Gourmet Circle, MarketSpace, 3045 Southcreek Road, Suite 35, Mississauga, Ontario L4X 2X6. Request must be received by August 1, 2011.
